Description
HR Generalist
Compensation $70K-$80K Annually
Onsite – Flexible Start Time
MDV (100% covered for employee), 401K 4% Match 2-weeks PTO, 3 Health Maintenance days
Keys:
SHRM or other HR Certification or degree
Bilingual in Spanish (desired)
Payroll exposure
Knowledge of FMLA, Medical Leave, ect.
Benefits experience – including bids and proposals
Onboarding, terminations, annual reviews
Managing employee files, certification upkeep, trainings, ect.
Experience with Anova (similar to Workday) or other HRIS Software
Requirements HRMS, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations, ANOVA, Payroll
