Description
We are seeking a detail-focused Accounting Analyst to join our team based in Oak Park Heights, Minnesota. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, conducting audits, and managing billing processes. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process financial transactions using various accounting software systems
• Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy of financial information
• Manage and oversee billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Conduct account reconciliation to correct any discrepancies
• Utilize accounting functions to monitor and maintain customer credit records.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Extensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Auditing procedures
• Familiarity with Billing processes
• Strong skills in Account Reconciliation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of financial regulations and legislation
• Strong problem-solving skills.
