We are in search of a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant based in Boca Raton, Florida, 33487, United States. This role will primarily involve leading the end-to-end implementation project for HCM in a contract role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and take the lead on project planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of HCM, including project planning, configuration, testing, and deployment

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation strategies

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the HCM project, providing guidance, support, and troubleshooting assistance throughout the implementation process

• Conduct training sessions for stakeholders on HCM functionality, best practices, and system usage

• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of implementation projects

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR, IT, Finance, and Training, to integrate HCM with other systems and processes

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for HCM implementation, including troubleshooting issues, implementing system updates, and optimizing system performance

• Carry out various administrative services for assigned facilities and plan, organize, and direct execution of special projects, events, and requests

• Leverage skills in HRIS Implementation, Implementation, Workday HRIS, HCM, and Workday HCM to ensure project success and efficiency

Requirements

• Must have a solid understanding of HRIS Implementation and the ability to effectively apply this knowledge to various situations

• Proficient in Workday HRIS and HCM; familiarity with other similar systems will be considered a significant advantage

• Prior experience in implementation roles, with a focus on system implementation in a project management capacity

• Demonstrable expertise in HCM (Human Capital Management)

• Proven track record in managing and delivering projects on time and within budget

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

• Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, HR, or related field is preferred

• Relevant professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) will be considered an asset
